Business Profile:
Since 1989, Ralph Dieckmann has been an investor in new ventures and private equity buyouts, sitting on public and private boards. These experiences led in a natural sequence to an interest in expanding from the practice of executive search to buy – side acquisition advisory. The formation of Integré Partners as a successor to Dieckmann & Associates provides a research and outreach platform on which both practices run efficiently.

We conduct our buy-side acquisition assignments as follows:

First, we represent buyers only. We do targeted research to find exactly the type and size of company you want to acquire. No misfit rejects from past assignments.

Second, our research is tailored, deep and thorough. We have access to numerous databases and combine access to those with internet spidering software discovery (if a company has a website and mentions a key industry term, we will find them) and aggressive telephone outreach following our mailing campaigns.

Third, we are primarily compensated by a success fee at closing. Your only interim cost is a modest monthly retainer that covers a fraction of our investment, and is cancelable anytime after the first three months of our effort.

Since beginning in the search industry in 1973, Mr. Dieckmann has been known for his thoughtful insights into executive search and its processes, as well as his commitment to high-quality, long-term client results and relationships. He has been profiled in each edition of The New Career Makers, and the most recent ranks him among the top fifteen search consultants currently active in senior-level, general management recruiting in the U.S., having recruited presidents in over fifty industry segments

Scott founded Cornerstone Business Services, Inc. in the economic tumult of 2001 and celebrated its 15-year anniversary in 2016. He didn’t survive some of the industry’s most trying years by chance. He did it by adhering to one simple philosophy: Honest conversations, superior results.

Today Cornerstone is one of the largest lower middle market firms in Wisconsin. Operating from offices in Wisconsin and Iowa, its associates have completed several hundred million in sales. The company fields worldwide interest in client opportunities and has led transactions with buyers and sellers based in Europe, Asia and Russia.

A thought-leader in the industry, Scott developed the Cornerstone process to offer investment banking M&A level services to the lower middle market. The result is a closing rate that’s more than double the national average.
