Offensive actions, words, jokes, or comments based on individual’s race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, age, handicap or veteran’s status, or any other legally protected status, will not be tolerated. If harassment is found, it may result in disciplinarian action. At the same time, those allegations of unlawful harassment are serious and can be extremely harmful to the alleged offender. Accordingly, these allegations should only be made in good faith and with the exercise of good judgment. False or irresponsible allegations may subject the complainant to adverse action with respect to membership.
