Terry Gerbers is the President of Gerbers Law, S.C. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Marquette University Law School.
Terry formed Gerbers Law in 1993. Gerbers Law represents businesses, corporations, lenders, developers, and real estate professionals.
The majority of Terry’s practice is in the area of mergers and acquisitions transactions, ranging from $1 million to $50 million. He assists his clients in negotiating sales, acquisitions, financing, mergers, and shareholder redemptions while providing insight as to the tax consequences of structuring the transaction.
