No content or materials contained in any Midwest Business Broker & Intermediary Association (MBBI) presentation or event may be recorded, copied, reproduced, rebroadcast, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior and express written consent of MBBI, which consent may be withheld at MBBI’s sole discretion.
