As an investment banker over three decades, Ken Hoganson's past engagements include sellside and buyside M&A, debt and equity formation. Client profiles include private family businesses, private equity groups, and large public corporations. He has closed successful engagements in every major sector of the economy.

Ken is an internationally recognized leader in the merger and acquisition (M&A) profession. As a past member of the Board of Directors and a Chapter President, he is recognized as a leader in the three major international M&A associations: Association of Corporate Growth (ACG); Midwest Business Brokers & Intermediaries (MBBI); and the Alliance of Merger and Acquisitions Advisors (AM&AA). He is the Family Firm Institute (FFI) Midwest Chapter President. In addition Ken is a founder of the Private Directors Association (www.pdaboards.com). As a result of his 20 plus year professional reputation as a successful deal maker, teacher, and leader, he maintains close business affiliations and personal friendships in every major city in the USA and most major financial districts around the world.

For over 12 years, Ken held a senior faculty position at the Keller Graduate School of Management. He has written several articles including The Professional M&A Negotiator adds 20%+ to the Selling Price. Mr. Hoganson received a BS and a MBA from the University of Chicago.
