Chuck Andrews has a history of leadership in technology firms spanning the Fortune 500 to small start-ups in both senior executive and investor roles. He is the CEO and Founder of Andrews Network Affiliates, an M&A Advisory Brokerage.
He currently is the Chair of a Vistage International CEO Peer Advisory Board, an organization dedicated to personal and professional growth of executive leaders in both for-profit and non-profit organizations.
He is a frequent speaker on privately held business ownership transfers. On behalf of NACVA, he lectures on M&A best practices to national audiences (and was named 2008, 2010 and 2013 Instructor of Great and Exceptional Distinction).
He is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Professional (CMAP) through the Middle Market Investment Bankers Association (MMIBA), a FINRA Registered Representative and Wealth Management Advisor (Series 7, 66, 79), and a Past President of Midwest Business Brokers and Intermediaries (MBBI).
His philanthropic interests are with the Aid Society a church related organization connected to The Chicago Temple and with International Childcare a children and family healthcare organization in Haiti and the Dominican Republic founded in 1967.
