Principal, Mergers & Acquisitions Master Intermediary (M&AMI) and Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), founded Creative Business Services in 1979. Prior to founding Creative, Schwantes successfully owned and operated five restaurants. Schwantes has also developed commercial projects including two condo hotels. With his background in sales and consulting, as well as on-going post-graduate development, Schwantes delivers experience-based expert advice in the brokerage industry. His areas of expertise include real estate investment, conversions, 1031 Starker Exchanges, taxation, and commercial property development. His specific areas of specialization are mergers and acquisitions with hotels, timber and sawmill companies, and specialized manufacturing/distribution firms. Careful consideration of all essential components in a successful transition enables Schwantes to deliver superior results to his clients.
