Steve is a Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor with Valens M&A. Valens M&A is an investment banking firm that sells Midwest based, family owned and privately held business with revenues from $5 million to $150 million.
Steve has over 20 years of Mergers & Acquisition experience. 16 of which he was the founder and owner of Beacon Business Group. Steve is a Founding Member of the Midwest Business Brokers & Intermediaries (MBBI) Wisconsin Chapter. He has earned the Lifetime Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation and the Chairman's Circle Award from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and the Accredited Business Intermediary (ABI) from the American Business Brokers Association (ABBA).
Steve has served on the IBBA Education Committee and is a current member of the IBBA Ethics Committee.
