My background is in public and private mergers and acquisitions and business transformation. Together with my team, we deliver results, build long term partnerships, and foster lasting client relationships.
I founded Literal North in 2013. We provide market segment research with a focus on commercial diligence and voice of the customer. We provide business owners and executives with actionable means to prepare for (a) future growth, (b) potential sale or acquisition of business units or assets, or (c) strategically align business units, operations and management with customers’ values and relevant market messaging.
Our clients gain greater share of wallet, allocate resources where it matters and develop deeper relationships with their B2B customers when working with Literal North. We work with companies that have more than 200 B2B customers. From the family-owned company generating $6.0M in revenue to companies with $300M in revenue, we can scale to meet the needs of the engagement.
