Ed’s extensive experience includes working with entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds, offering invaluable insights to help them achieve successful outcomes. Throughout his career, he has appraised various types of businesses across 37 states, saving buy-side clients millions and defending the business value of his sell-side clients with transparency and experience.
As an expert witness and educator, Ed has shared his knowledge on business valuation, exit planning, and business sales. His first book, The Exit Manifesto, is set to release in 2025, and he regularly shares his expertise on his weekly podcast, Defenders of Business Value.
