Mark joined Mowery & Schoenfeld's Transaction Advisory Services team in 2018 after gaining experience pursuing, elevating, and acquiring strategic acquisition targets, diversifying the portfolio of a privately held company. He specializes in working with manufacturing, distribution, and technology companies throughout the transaction process. Mark is a licensed CPA in the state of Illinois.
When he’s not at the office, Mark is passionate about supporting individuals with special needs and organizations that assist them.
