My unique focus is on educating and advising my clients to *prepare* their businesses for an exit, whether they want to sell or not.
Why? Because the same qualities that make a business really sellable are the same qualities that make owning a business fun, not to mention simple to transition to family. It also makes the business a safer asset to have if life happens to throw you any sudden curveballs.
When the time comes to exit, I advise owners on their options to transition their companies confidentially, often without the general public ever knowing.
When I'm not working, I'm spending time with my wife and three children, traveling, gardening, or taking on DIY projects around the house.
