An assistant leader of the Dykema Gossett's corporate finance practice group, Andrew counsels middle-middle to high-middle market companies and private equity firms spanning many industries, drawing from his wide-ranging experience in corporate growth and finance, governance, and labor and employment matters. What clients value most is his deft handling of mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, reorganizations, IPOs, and SPAC transactions.
Andrew’s trained analytical mind and prior legal background offer clients advantages throughout the entire transaction, from initial offer to close, and Andrew’s dexterity with numbers bolsters the client’s negotiating position because he can quickly interpret and assess issues arising over working capital, earnouts, purchase price adjustments, tax liabilities, equity rollovers, and backend exposure. The larger, more complex, and more sophisticated the deal, the more value Andrew brings to the table.
Andrew knows that, for owners, selling a business can be a milestone life event, and for buyers, purchasing a business can be as significant and life-changing. Andrew commits himself to deliver the best arrangement for each client because every deal is personal to him.
