There are two things I really enjoy in my professional life; I enjoy everything about the sales and marketing profession and I really like helping people. Whether it's coaching sales and marketing professionals with skill development or helping my customers solve their challenges and issues and help them achieve their goals. It's my passion!
I believe the experiences that I have encountered over my 28+ years in sales, sales leadership and marketing have shaped me to who I am today. Specifically, my applicable experience and key strengths include: excellent communication/collaboration skills, successful leadership experience, servant leadership style, strong ability to build relationships and my success around achieving the goals that I set for myself and that are set for me on behalf of my leadership. I believe in a blend of using relationship sales, targeted marketing programs utilizing data and working through my personal network, which I refer to as my "Personal Sphere of Influence" to generate revenue. Overall, I like to bring my high energy and positive attitude to any opportunity that I am involved with.
I have a motto that I live by and it is "Feedback is a gift, it's up to you on how you unwrap it".
One of my favorite quotes from Simon Sinek is "Leadership is not a license to do less. Leadership is a responsibility to do more."
