I spent 20 years as owner and visionary of my business before hiring an investment banker and selling my business to a private equity firm in 2020. I stayed with the new company for another 3 years helping transition the leadership team and assisting in the evaluation and integration of several more acquisitions. During the sale process and subsequent experience with M&A, I discovered that there is more to a successful business deal than a strong valuation. I used EOS® to create a disciplined and accountable leadership team, meaningful KPIs, and scalable processes which helped me maximize the company's value. I now spend all my energy pursuing my passion for strengthening teams and helping organizations achieve their full potential and reach new heights of success.
