Ralana Abraham-Miller comes to the negotiating table with over 20 years' experience in business brokerage and preparing and taking small to middle market businesses to market in the Midwest. At her prior firm, Ralana was responsible for the branding and marketing of the firm, the individual Broker’s practices and the Go To Market strategies for their engagements as well. As a Business Broker herself, Ralana truly understands what it requires to take a business successfully and confidentially to market: from first contact with a seller, listing the business, tailoring confidential go to market strategies, working with buyers, to facilitating a closing. In addition, Ralana spent her early career in recruiting, management and human resources. Her well-rounded experiences make Ralana the perfect person to help lead XGO Business Brokers and Advisors into its next stage of growth. Her unique combination of marketing and management experience, mergers and acquisitions expertise and her passion for relationship building and helping business owners achieve their ultimate goals is a perfect storm of skill sets to drive future successes at MBB. Ralana has vast specialty knowledge in orchestrating and implementing successful marketing strategies. Her familiarity and passion keep her on top of ever-changing marketing trends. Throughout her career she has managed campaigns across disciplines such as digital and social media, email, content, lead generation, listing strategies, target marketing, M&A sourcing, database mining, storytelling, and SEO. She is an artist at crafting tailor-made marketing strategies for each engagement. As a Business Broker, she has closed many deals of her own and orchestrated the strategies for hundreds more over the years. Ralana earned her BA from Ball State University. In 2008, she became a Certified Business Intermediary through the International Business Brokers Association. In 2018, she earned the Certified Mainstreet Business Broker (CMSBB) designation from Sunbelt Network. Ralana lives with her husband and adorable puppy Walden in Yorktown, Indiana and is a proud Ball State Alumni. She believes in participating in community, most recently through the United Way of Central Indiana. She enjoys gardening, singing, flower arranging, crafting, and treading the boards in community theater.
