Daven R. Shastri is the Managing Partner of Anthem Management. After working on Wall Street for over a decade across public and private market investing, Daven founded Anthem Management with a focus on providing owners with exit liquidity, working intimately with business managers, and using the firm's resources to support growth.
Anthem Management is an private equity group focused on the lower middle market space. We seek to buy companies in the Midwestern USA focused on the specialty industrial, manufacturing, chemicals, food & beverage, and related spaces. We are focused on the business continuity and legacy of owners as a company transitions into new ownership. We have a long-term hold period focused on passing distributions to our investment partners. This provides Anthem the latitude to make long-term business decisions that benefit all stakeholders.
