As a Senior Partner & Managing Director at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Abhi successfully helped Industrial Technology businesses through large-scale transformations to achieve breakout growth, modernize operations, and navigate complex mergers. His clients have included privately held/family-owned businesses, private equity-backed organizations, as well as Fortune 500 companies. Abhi led the Business & Operating model transformation practice for Industrials in America and for Automotive globally. He also co-led the team that established and subsequently grew BCGs Digital Automation and Business Services business
Now, as the founder of ALEN Partners, Abhi is focused on investing in and operating businesses where he can bring his deep expertise and experience to companies he invests in on behalf of his investors and himself
Abhi is a Chemical Engineer from Panjab University, India and has an MBA from the Harvard Business School, Boston
